Refund Conditions

Authorization Needed

Refunds require approval from the product creator. Since we are resellers, we follow the creators' refund rules. For technical incompatibility, we can process refunds without creator approval.

7-Day Refund Period

  • Digital Products: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, as long as the product hasn't been used.
  • Technical Issues: If there is a technical issue not listed on our site, a refund may be granted within 7 days.

Payment Limitations

  • Paysafecard: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Credit Card (Stripe): Refunds take 2–14 days to process.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Bank Disputes: Refunds are void if you have opened a dispute.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for regret-based cancellations.
  • HWID Issues: Most products are HWID-locked. If you fail to prove you are not sharing/selling your key, a reset/refund can be denied.
  • Third-Party Software: If you are using antivirus or other conflicting software and refuse or cannot disable it, a refund will not be issued.
