Terms of Service Agreement

Please read the following Terms of Service Agreement carefully. By accessing or using our website or our services, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all terms incorporated herein by reference.

1. General Terms

Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction. The company prohibits illegal use and violations of local laws. Users cannot transmit malware or destructive code.

Recovery Kings retains the right to restrict or terminate access, modify services, remove content, deactivate accounts, and establish usage limits without prior notice.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site without written permission. Users cannot modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from site content.

2. Creating an Account

Account registration requires a unique username, email, and password. Users bear responsibility for account security and cannot transfer accounts to others.

The registering party must provide factual, current, complete information and maintain accurate profile data. Knowingly providing false information authorizes Recovery Kings to suspend or terminate the account and deny future services.

3. Conduct

Users bear sole responsibility for all posted content. Prohibited uses include:

• Uploading unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content
• Causing harm to minors
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations
• Posting unauthorized advertising or spam
• Transmitting viruses or destructive code
• Disrupting service or interfering with networks
• Stalking or harassing individuals
• Collecting personal data linked to prohibited conduct

4. Global Use & Export/Import Compliance

Users agree to comply with local online conduct rules and all applicable export/import laws, including Export Administration Regulations and sanctions programs.

5. Submitted Content

Recovery Kings claims no ownership of user-submitted content but grants itself worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licenses to use content for promoting the specific service areas where posted.

6. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold Recovery Kings, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, partners and licensors harmless from any third-party claims arising from submitted content, service use, violations of terms, or violations of others' rights.

7. Commercial Reuse of Services

Members agree not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to the site.

8. Modifications

Recovery Kings reserves the right to modify, alter, or discontinue services temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

9. Termination

Members may request account cancellation by submitting a request. Recovery Kings may immediately suspend, terminate, or limit accounts for breaching terms, fraudulent or illegal activities, non-payment, or technical/security issues.

10. Proprietary Rights

Recovery Kings' services and software contain proprietary, confidential material protected by intellectual property laws. The company grants personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licenses for use only.

11. Warranty Disclaimers

The use of Recovery Kings services and software are at the sole risk by you. Our services and software shall be provided on an "as is" and/or "as available" basis. The company expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

Recovery Kings and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any punitive, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including damages related to profit loss, goodwill, use, data loss, or intangible losses.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

Recovery Kings trademarks, copyrights, trade names, service marks, logos, and brand features are company property. Users cannot display or use these marks without written consent.

14. Chargebacks and Refunds

Any chargebacks to Recovery Kings will result in your license being revoked. We do not allow chargebacks. Please see our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

15. Choice of Law

This agreement is governed by applicable law. Claims must be filed within one year of arising or are forever barred.

16. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between user and Recovery Kings governing service use and supersedes prior versions.
